| We lost many of our topics and links on the TC board so I thought I would post this link http://patrickmathews.com/retreat.htmlThis is a chakra cleansing meditation, it is also for encouraging visitation from loved ones. I've used it several times and at the very least it is very relaxing and enjoyable. After this meditaion, I've had multiple visits even one from my dog Skylar who died 7 years ago. | I haven't heard from Chris, he's on facebook but i"m rarely on there anymore.
