| Ok so I was referred here by Angela, and figured while I’m here I would introduce myself.
My name is Casey; I am a 32 year old husband of 1 and father of 3. My oldest Daughter Pheadra is 6, our middle child is my Son Damien who is 4, and our Youngest Daughter Aleen is turning 1 next week. My wife is a semi-stay at home mom currently. She is home Mon - Fri, and works a few hours on weekends when I am home to watch the kids. I work for the department of veterans as a pharmacy technician at the west valley clinic. I am not religious per se while I do believe in powers greater than myself I subscribe to no single religion. For my spiritual belief’s I prefer to take from several religions what works for me, and while I do try and understand the rest. I also choose to ignore it if it does not apply to me. As for my personal experiences I have come in contact with ghosts for the majority of my life. My first experience while in the crib (as told by my mother) I was around a year or so old. My grandfather had just recently passed away. A few of his favorite things to do while he was alive was to drink smoke and for some odd reason pinch me on the legs. Well the night after his death my mother heard me screaming at the top of my lungs. Rushing into the room to discover what had happened she was overwhelmed by the smell of beer and cigarette smoke. Upon examining me she found I had several red marks that looks like someone had pinched me several times on the legs. I have since then had one other run in with my grandfather when we moved into his old home. I was around 14 at the time this time in my life started a number of encounters with up to 5 different sprits in the home over the next several years. Including one near possession, and one physical attack on a friend of mine during a sleep over. Since leaving my family home I have had a knack for moving into homes that have at least some kind of activity including my current home. Our current sprit’s we believe there are 2 in the home one male one female, and possible a young child. For the most part they have been harmless however there have been some issues with them amplifying negative emotions such as depression and anger. One of them also likes to pretend to be my daughter and wake us up in the night only to discover my daughter is in fact sound asleep. I am fairly sure that both my oldest daughter and son can see and hear spirits as they have both told us of vivid conversations with the woman in the basement who kept coming into their room at night and scaring them.

| Welcome we're glad to have you here with us. When I was a teenager we had a couple of house ghosts one would come every night and open everyones bedroom doors. It freaked my brothers out so they started leaving their doors open at night so they didn't have to see it open. What is the basement ghost doing to scare your children? | |

| Hey Casey!
Glad you made it doll. I think you'll enjoy it here. Lots of good people. I think they'll find your input a great resource as well. Plus I know you have a few stories they'd find interesting. (you should tell the one about what happened at my house when I went to take Dave home..lol..)

They were scared mainly because she was there in the first place to be honest. I have not actually “seen” any of the ghost's in our current place, but I have heard them regularly at times. Mainly my experiences with that house have been with mixed feelings. When I first moved in several years ago I had just split up with a girl. In response to my emotional state the ghosts were extremely active. Several times a day I would hear car’s pulling into our driveway the door open and close voices outside yet I would look outside to see who had arrived, and no one would be on the street. A sound of the door opening and someone calling my name yet the door is locked. Sounds of walking up and down the stairs and sometimes a baby or small child crying. Lastly Shadows moving in areas of the home a corners or past a window nothing you could put your finger on just enough of a visual to think someone had walked by, but no idea who. This is by the far the most active ghost I have ever had to deal with. Since then it has faded away, and for a long time I thought it was gone I moved out of the house for a while. Then 4 years ago I moved back in with my wife, and at the time 2 children. We had not set up a bed room yet, and so as a result my wife and I were sleeping on a pull out bed our daughter on another couch at the foot of our bed, and our son in a crib also by the foot of the bed. Me and my wife had just climbed into bed and were talking about the day when we noticed our daughters breathing change like she had just woke up. We then felt the bed shift several inches like she had climbed over the back of her couch onto the bed with us. We both told her several times to go back to sleep, but she kept climbing closer up the bed. About the time she reached my hip I realized something was not right with her, and reached out to grab her. Nothing was there but a pocket of air 10 or 15 degrees colder than the surrounding area. It was like I had just stuck my hand in ice water suddenly the breathing stopped the bed shifted back like someone had stood up. My wife turned on the light, and we found that my daughter had in fact been asleep the whole time. This incident sparked a flurry of activity that lasted around a year. This time not nearly as loud pronounced or as active as the last time, but still very active. A couple times a week our daughter would tell us the scary lady in the basement had tried to touch her or talk to her. Towards the end of this active period I got very mad spent some time researching cleansing spells and with the help of a friend we cleansed the house. It took 9 attempts before I finally had been pushed to my limits and got truly angry with the ghost for scaring my daughter. I ended up threatening it and then performing a major cleansing along with a protection circle around the whole property. I have only heard very minor sounds from it since with a slight indication of a presence in the home but so weak I would almost dismiss it if it were not for the fact that I am so familiar with it.
