A lot of questions about the after death experience Empty
PostSubject: A lot of questions about the after death experience   A lot of questions about the after death experience EmptyMon May 30, 2011 4:17 pm

My uncle(Mom's brother) passed away this afternoon and I have questions. I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I still have questions. He had a sudden massive stroke, but had been ill with a neurological illness for years. We have not been close since I was little, so I am not upset. I wonder if any of you ever asked? Would a spirit tell you the answers to these questions if they were asked?

During the first few hours after a person dies, what are they doing? Are they being shown the ropes by those who met him? How would , say a mother, know that her child was dying? If she was there with him, she would know, but what if the mother was not with him? My Grandmother was probably watching over him, but of course, I don't know this. Is there a welcoming committee of sorts along with family members? When do the new spirits start realizing that they are no longer in their human body? Would my grandparents tell him that I can hear him when he is ready? I am really, really curious.

A lot of questions about the after death experience Empty
PostSubject: Re: A lot of questions about the after death experience   A lot of questions about the after death experience EmptyThu Jun 16, 2011 3:18 pm

I read the book Life on the Other Side, by Sylvia Browne. Yes, the famous psychic whose credibility is being attacked lately, but in my opinion, she's been right A LOT more than she has been wrong, and I refuse to believe that during those times she had just happened to be making really good guesses. She will also be the first to tell you that no real psychic is 100% right 100% of the time. But anyway..

Sylvia presents information about what life is like at home with information provided to her by her spirit guide, what she has seen during many astral projected visits she had taken there, and what she had learned from a near death experience of her own.

In my opinion, with any information provided to us by the living, we need to take it all with a grain of salt and believe what really makes the most sense to us and feels right in our heart.

Going by what I have read, and what I choose to believe from it, I believe that the afterlife is eternal, there is no such thing as time, it doesn't exist. So what is a few hours for us is only a brief moment on the other side. I think that during the few hours after a person dies they are still reuniting with all their loved ones and deceased pets from all of their past and recent lives, and among those people is their spirit guide who will help them with the next steps they take to help them be at peace with how they lived their life and enjoy the perfection of home again.

I believe that our loved ones on the other side just know when a family member or friend they knew while they were alive is battling with death here on earth, because I believe that our lives are mapped out before we were born. I think they can even visit them before they are gone to provide them comfort and inform them about the beautiful life they will be returning to on the other side. Yes, I have no doubt, really, that someone closest to us who had already left this world, can provide us enormous comfort before we submit to death and even help us over to the other side if we find ourselves reluctant about it. It isn't uncommon for those on their death beds to start speaking to a person that isn't there, which is often dismissed by doctors as hallucination.

When do the new spirits start realizing that they are no longer in their human body?

I think death is different for everybody. I think some will have no problem crossing over and accepting their death, while others may die confused about it all, refusing to believe they are dead, or afraid to move on because they are afraid of the judgment they think is waiting for them in that bright glorious light. But I also believe that those people, even if it takes centuries in our time, will be retrieved by a close family member or friend who will help them home.

It is also common to read reports about people feeling themselves floating out of their body, turning around to see themselves lying on the bed, and then finding themselves being wrapped in a blanket of a very peaceful and loving light that is the tunnel they travel through to the other side, in which they then find themselves being pulled towards the commonly described white light.

Quote :
Would my grandparents tell him that I can hear him when he is ready?

I really think that he will already know, because our memory of the other side immediately returns to us when we return home, including all of our memories from our previous lives. I have no doubt that our lost loved ones can communicate with us after they are dead in any way that will help us know it is them, and I really think that he will know you will be able to hear him if and when he chooses to contact you to let you know that he is fine, very happy, and everything is okay now. Just don't be surprised if you don't hear from him right away. Because he died with a neurological illness, and his death was so sudden, resuming his life in the perfect blissful world of the other side may take some time for him because often those who die this way can arrive on the other side very disoriented and confused and in need of, well, counseling and tender loving care first.

Would a spirit tell you the answers to these questions if they were asked?

Have you asked any of these questions to your spirit guide? They are with us all the time to help us along the road we have chosen for ourselves for the advancement of our souls, so why wouldn't they give us some yes or no answers to educate our earthly minds about home? While communicating with our spirit guides is easier for some who were born with gifts to do so, people like me have to learn how to ask them these questions the hard way I guess, and the first question I would ask my spirit guide is do I have a rose garden at my place of residence at home? Seriously. My love for roses is enormous, and I really want to know if it is something I carried with me from home.

All of your questions are questions I'm sure many people wonder about, I certainly have, and I look forward to knowing the answers, but for now I only have my opinions and what feels correct to me.

Wow Luvchild!!! What fantastic answers to all of my questions. Thank you. You are a deep thinker like I am. I sit here sometimes and think the most bizarre thoughts. And then research until I find the answer. These were questions to which answers were not easily found. I have never asked my spirit guide or my spirits these questions, but perhaps I will next time I can sustain contact long enough. Thanks again.

I am so happy to know that I have helped.

I have always wanted to learn more about the after life, which is why I have always been intrigued by paranormal investigation shows. With the church, you are either going to heaven or hell, ghosts don't exist only demonic entities do, and don't have sex before marriage. I had a hard time with all three, especially the last one. rabbit

But really, I was taught to believe that when someone dies, God takes over from there and they are led to heaven or hell, souls do not linger on earth with unfinished business, but I always had a hard time believing that one, especially with the countless number of paranormal evidence there is.

I read some of Sylvia Browne's books, and then did some research of my own and looked up some testimonies from those who have had a near death experience, and many of them validate much of what Sylvia had to say about the afterlife. So I figured, not all of it can be unthinkable, and it is most certainly a more pleasant and comforting idea of home than what I grew up believing heaven was. From all the information I've soaked up so far, I can honestly say that death is absolutely nothing to be feared, it's our reward for finishing our journey here. I'm looking forward to it. flower

Oh, and if you are provided some answers from your spirit guide to some of these questions, I certainly hope you will share it with us. I'd love to know too. Smile
